Wilsar & The Rapid App

Wilsar is a custom-designed web platform that is used to report, record and react to key service issues; as well as recording real-time observations generated by field staff. The Wilsar technology also serves as a management system, allowing accurate communication, reporting and auditing of all events and activities.
All security officers are issued with a purpose built security smart device and Wilsar is linked to security officers in the field using the Rapid App, maintaining direct communication between both the front line security officer and the 24/7 logistic centre, with full redundancy protocols; if a particular security officer is unable to respond this system automatically moves on to other available respondents, while escalating the alert to management personnel. We feel this technology is essential to guarantee your premises security is maintained, though it is not currently available with smaller manned security firms. |
Personalised GPS tracking is also a benefit of these smart devices which increases not only our ability to maintain Quality Assurance of our staff but also increases the welfare of the deployed staff, allowing us to identify their exact location at any time.
The Wilsar system advises the security officer of all event requests, tracks the progress of the attendance (acceptance, on site arrival time, report on event, clear from site). Wilsar provides an immediate event report that is both recorded into our system and can also be emailed to our client, always ensuring timely and transparent reporting.

Patrol Verification SystemThe Wilsar system also facilitates our Patrol Verification System which allows us to install small barcodes at tactical locations as agreed with the client. These locations are in areas where it is critical for the security officer to visit during his patrol. The security officer scans each barcode as he conducts his patrol and this scan is translated into plain English and e-mailed regularly to our client for transparent verification of duties conducted.

Navman - GPS Tracking SystemMasterguard uses the Navman GPS Tracking System to provide transparent, live time tracking of vehicles. In addition to the tracking capability this system allows us to install “Geo Fences” around our client’s sites which via the Wilsar system produces an electronic alert to our managers every time one of our mobile patrol units enters the site vicinity. This provides further verification and transparency of our service delivery for our clients.
